एक नई सोच ( A new thought )
साथियों, आज मै आप लोगों के सामने एक ऐसा पहलू ले कर आया हूँ, जिसको पढ़ने के बाद आप यह सोचने पर मजबूर हो जायेंगे, की क्या कोई लड़की ऐसा भी सोच सकती है। जी हाँ दोस्तों यह एक लड़की और उसके पिता के बीच की बातचीत का संवाद है जिसमे पिता अपनी पुत्री के लिए शादी के रिश्ते के बारे में अपनी बेटी से बात करता है। और उस बात-चित में निकलकर आई "एक नई सोच" तो चलिए सुनते है उनकी बातचीत और उन पहलुओं को समझने की कोशिश करते है जो उस लड़की ने अपने पिता से कहा।
पिता - बेटी तुम्हे वह रिश्ता पसंद आया ?
बेटी - हाँ पिताजी पसंद आया। पर वहां पर नाम रखने जैसा क्या है ?
पिता - बेटी, पर तुमने उनका घर देखा क्या ? मिट्टी का ! उसमे भी सिर्फ दो ही कमरे थे।
बेटी - तो क्या हुआ पिताजी ?
पिता - बेटी उससे तो, पहले वाल रिश्ता अच्छा था। कितना बड़ा बंगला, नौकर चाकर, 3-4 गाड़ियां। वहां पर तो सिर्फ आराम ही आराम है।
बेटी - पापा वो रिश्ता अच्छा नहीं है !
पिता - क्यों ?
बेटी - मैंने उस लड़के से बात की। उसका तो अपने जीवन के प्रति कोई प्लान (लक्ष) ही नहीं है। ना कोई भविष्य की चिंता है। अगर मै वहां पर गई तो, मेरा तो कॅरिअर ही समाप्त हो जायेगा। वहां पर ना मेरी क़द्र होगी और ना ही मेरे काम की।
वहां पर सब उनके पूर्वजो ने कर के रखा हुआ है। अगर कुछ नया करने के लिए बोलूंगी तो पतिदेव हाँ कहेंगे की नहीं। इसकी मुझे शंका है। क्योंकि उनको खुदके भविष्य में क्या करना है ये उनको अभी तक नहीं पता है।
उससे अच्छा तो दूसरा रिश्ता है। वहां पर हर बात की प्राथमिकता है। आज वहां पर अच्छा घर नहीं है और घर के अंदर कोई भी सुख-सुविधा नहीं है। सारी चीजें विपरीत है। उस जगह खुद को सिद्ध करने का जो मौका है ना पिताजी, उसी में असली सुख है।
पिता - हाँ बेटी, तुम्हारी बात से मै सहमत हु। पर रोज सबेरे उठ कर तुम्हे भैस का गोबर निकलना पड़ेगा और गोबर गैस में डालना पड़ेगा। क्या यह सब तुम कर सकोगी।
बेटी - हाँ पिताजी मै कर लुंगी। क्योंकि अपने परिवार को ऊंचाइयों पर लेजाने में जो यश और सुख है ना, वो आसानी में मिलने वाले सुख में नहीं है।
पिता - पर, बेटी जो सुख तुम खुद तैयार करने वाली हो, वो वहां पर पहले से ही मौजूद है। इस बात पर भी विचार कर लो तो अच्छा है।
बेटी - पिताजी मुझे वो सुख नहीं चाहिए। क्योंकि यदि मै पहले से तैयार सुख का उपभोग करती रहूंगी तो मेरे अस्तित्व का क्या होगा ? वो तो ख़त्म हो जायेगा ना !
पिता - मतलब ?
बेटी - पापा मुझे अमीर बनना है, पर खुद के दम पर। दुःख और तकलीफों को सहते हुए मै अपने आपको साबित करना चाहती हूँ। और ऐसा अवसर मुझे सब जगह नहीं मिलेगा।
यह लड़का अच्छा है, इसको कोई भी बुरा शौक नहीं है। इसके अंदर खुद को साबित करने की जिद है। बचपन में ही इसके पिताजी का स्वर्गास हो गया था। यह उसके लिए बहुत बड़ी क्षति थी। पिता का हाथ सर पे ना होते हुए भी वह लड़का अपने कर्तव्य से डगमगाया नहीं, और ना ही अपना रास्ता भटका। वह अपने कर्तव्य पर डटा रहा। उसकी यही खूबी मुझे बहुत पसंद आयी। बात-चित के दौरान उसने मुझसे कहा की एक दिन इस दुनिया में वो मेरा भी नाम करेगा। पापा, हम दोनों के विचार एक दूसरे से मिले तो हमारा संसार अपने आप ही सुखी हो जायेगा।
बैलों की जोड़ी में यदि एक बैल कार्य करने के लिए उत्सुक और दूसरा बैल आलसी हो जाये तो गाड़ी कभी भी आगे नहीं बढ़ेगी। उसी प्रकार यह जीवन भी बैलगाड़ी के सामान है। आज उसके पास या मेरे पास भले ही कुछ नहीं है। लेकिन दस-बीस साल बाद हमारे पास भी गाड़ी और बंगला होगा। उस समय हम दोनों गर्व से कह सकेंगे की इस घर की हर एक वास्तु हमने अपने पसीने की कमाई से बनाई है। और हर एक ईंट को हमने अपने ख्वाबों से जोड़ा है। ये घर नहीं हमारे सपनो का गुलदस्ता है जो हमने दुःख और तकलीफों को सहते हुए सजाया है।
पापा, पढाई करने के बाद जो नंबर मिलता है उसी में असली मजा है। दुसरो की नक़ल कर के पास होने में क्या अर्थ है। उसी प्रकार खुद की कमाई हुई दौलत पे सुख भोगने में जो मजा है। वह दुसरो की दौलत में नहीं। यदि दूसरों की संपत्ति को सुख कहते है तो मुझे वो सुख और ऐश्वर्य नहीं चाहिए।
दोस्तों, अपनी बेटी की अपने कॅरिअर के प्रति उत्सुकता को देख कर और उसके काम करने की लगन को देखकर उसके पिता के पास शब्द ही नहीं बचे। वो तो बस अपनी बेटी के चहरे पर एक-टक नजरें गड़ा कर बस उसके ख्वाबों को ही देखते रह गए।
साथियों अब आप ही फैसला कीजिये की वो लड़की सही है या गलत। एक पुराना जमाना था, जिसमे लड़कियों को बोझ समझा जाता था। और जल्द से जल्द उसकी शादी कर दी जाती थी। जिसकी वजह से उसके सारे सपने घर की जिम्मेदारियों के नीचे दब जाते थे। और यह है आज की लड़की की "एक नई सोंच"।
