आज मैं आप लोगों के लिए एक मोरल स्टोरीज लेकर आया हूं आशा करता हूं कि इस स्टोरी से आपको बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिलेगा मेरी स्टोरी का टाइटल है योग्यता की परख योग्यता की परख कैसे करनी चाहिए।अपनी अकल और प्रतिभा का प्रयोग करके हमें योग्य और काबिल व्यक्ति की पहचान कैसे करना चाहिए।यदि काबिल इंसान मिल जाए तो वह हर कार्य को सफलतापूर्वक कर सकता है और यदि काबिल अथवा योग्य इंसान ना मिले तो वह आसान कार्य को भी नहीं कर सकता इसीलिए समाज में संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए योग्य इंसान की परम आवश्यकता है.

इस कहानी के माध्यम से मैं आप लोगों को यह बताने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं की योग्य इंसान की पहचान अथवा योग्यता की परख कैसे करें यह अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है इसके लिए उस इंसान में कौन सी विशेषताएं होनी चाहिए और कौन से गुण होने चाहिए इस बात की परख करना भी एक बहुत मुश्किल काम है या कहानी उसी पर आधारित है तो चलिए शुरू करते हैं।

इसके लिए मैं आपको एक कहानी सुनाता हूं एक समय की बात है एक बूढ़ा आदमी अपने मरणासन्न की स्थिति में था. उसके चार बेटे थे चारों बहुत ही आलसी कामचोर थे उस आदमी ने सोचा क्यों ना चारों की परीक्षा ली जाएऔर जो सबसे काबिल होगा उसी को घर का मुखिया बनाया जाए यह सोचकर उस आदमी ने एक नीति बनाई नीति का मतलब योजना, एक योजना बनाई और चारों को अपने पास बुलाया और बुलाकर कहा की.....

मेरे प्यारे बच्चों अब मैं ज्यादा दिन तक नहीं रहूंगा आप चारों मिलकर मेरा एक काम करोगे बच्चों ने अपने पिता को इस स्थिति में देखा तो उन्हें दया आ गई और वह बोले हां पिता जी हम आपका काम करेंगे बोलिए क्या करना है यह सुनकर उस आदमी ने बोला कि यह चारों 10-10 रुपए लो और कोई

ऐसी चीज लेकर आओ जिससे कि पूरा घर भर जाए। चारों ने सोचा कि Rs.10/- में क्या आएगा तो उस आदमी ने कहा कि यही तो तुम्हारी परीक्षा की घड़ी है तुम कोई ऐसी चीज लेकर आओ जिससे पूरा घर भर जाए यह सोच के चारों निकल पड़े पहले तीन जो लड़के थे वह परेशान बैठे थे। किसी के समझ में नहीं आ रहा था कि क्या करें तब तीनों ने आपस में सलाह मशवरा करके कुछ सामान खरीदने की योजना बनाई। तथा अपनी योजना के अनुसार वे बाजार को चले गए और पूरा बाजार घूमने लगे। बाजार घूमते घूमते तीनों अलग अलग हो गए।

तीनों बेटे अलग-अलग दुकान में पहुंच गए वहां से किसी ने चॉकलेट लेकर आया किसी ने पेन लेकर आया और तीसरे ने ₹10 का खिलौना लेकर आए पहले से पूछा चॉकलेट क्यों लाए तो उसने बोला पिताजी इसको खाने से मन प्रफुल्लित हो जाता है ऐसा लगता है कि हम मिठास का एहसास होता है दूसरा पेन लेकर आए उससे पूछा बेटा पेन क्यों? उसने बोला हम लिखेंगे किताबें भरेंगे और उससे हमारे ज्ञान बढ़ेगा। तीसरे से पूछा खिलौना क्यों लाए। तीसरा पिताजी एक खिलौना जो है पूरे घर में दौड़ेगा और पूरा घर भर जाएगा। यही सोच कर मैंने खिलौना ले लिया और सोचा शायद यह खिलौना आपकी उम्मीद पर खरा उतरेगा।

अब चौथे की बारी थी उससे पूछा बेटा तुमने क्या लेकर आए उसने कहा पिताजी मैंने मोमबत्ती लेकर आया अंधेरे में जलाने से पूरा घर रोशनी से भर जाएगा। क्योंकि अंधेरे को मिटाने के लिए रोशनी की एक किरण ही काफी होती है इसलिए मैं मोमबत्ती लेकर आया हूं। इस तरह के वचन सुनने से पिताजी बहुत प्रसन्न हुए उन्हें उसकी योग्यता पर भरोसा हुआ उसकी क्वालिटी पर भरोसा हुआ और उन्होंने चौथे बेटे को घर का मुखिया बना दिया जो कि सबसे छोटा था तीनों भाई भी सहमत हो गए
