नमस्कार मित्रों,
कैसे हैं आप लोग? आशा करता हूं कि इस लॉकडाउन के समय में आप सभी लोग पूर्णतः सुरक्षित और अपने घर पर होंगे। दोस्तों ये जो पूरे देश में लॉकडाउन चल रहा है, इससे गरीबों को कितनी तकलीफों का सामना करना पड़ा। इसका अंदाजा लगाना बड़ा ही मुश्किल है। आज मै आपको एक कहानी सुनाता हूं, जो कि मजदूरों से संबंधित है
मजदूर यह किसी भी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने में एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा होता है। इसके बिना कोई भी कंपनी नहीं चल सकती। क्योंकि काम तो उसे ही करना है। चाहे वह किसी कंपनी में काम करे या ठेले पर सब्जी बेचे या रोजी पर काम करे। कई मजदूर ऐसे होते हैं जो रोजी पर काम करते हैं। मतलब दिनभर काम करने के बाद शाम को जो वेतन मिलता है उसी से अपना घर चलाते हैं। और दूसरे दिन फिर से वही दिनचर्या शुरू हो जाती है। ऐसे में COVID-19 नामक एक महामारी आ जाती है, जो उनकी दिनचर्या को पूरी तरह बदल कर रख देती है।
यह कहानी एक ऐसे ही मजदूर की है जो अपनी दिनचर्या को समाप्त कर प्रातः काम पर जाने के लिए तैयार हुआ। जब वह अपने घर से रोज की तरह काम पर गया तो देखता है कि पूरी सड़के खाली है, कोई भी दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है। थोड़ा और आगे बढ़ा तो देखा कि चारों तरफ सन्नाटा छाया हुआ था। वह सोचने लगा कि आज शहर वालों को क्या हो गया है, सब दिखाई क्यों नहीं दे रहे हैं, कहां चले गए सब के सब। यही सब सोचता हुआ वह जा रहा था, की तभी एक तरफ कुछ शोर मचा देख कर वहां पर गया तभी अचानक किसी ने पीछे से आकर उसे डंडा मारा। जब उसने पलट कर देखा तो एक पुलिस वाला जोर जोर से चिल्लाते हुए कह रहा था कि तुम्हें पता नहीं है देश में लाकडाउन लगा है, घर से निकलना मना है, जाओ, अपने घर जाओ। बस यही बोल कर सबको मारे जा रहा था।
उस मजदूर ने पूछा की साहब यह लॉकडॉउन क्या है? आप सबको क्यों मार रहे हो। और हम घर चले जाएंगे तो क्या खाएंगे, तथा अपने परिवार को क्या खिलाएंगे? तब उस पुलिस वाले ने बताया कि पूरे विश्व में कोरोना नामक महामारी फैली हुई है, जो कि हमारे देश में भी आ गई है। इसलिए सरकार ने सारे देश में कर्फ्यू (लोकडाउन) लगा दिया है। अब तुम अपने घर जाओ, जिससे इस महामारी को फैलने से रोका जा सके। इतना कह कर उसने एक डंडा और जमा दिया। बेचारा मजदूर, अपने घाव को सहलाता हुआ, और पुलिस के डंडों से बचता हुआ किसी तरह अपने घर पहुंचा।
घर के सभी लोग उसे आश्चर्य से देखने लगे, और पूछा कि आज काम पर नहीं गए? तब उसने अपने परिवार को अपनी आप बीती सुनाई, और कहा कि कोरॉना महामारी से हम मरे या ना मरे, यह भुखमरी हमें जरूर मार डालेगी। इतना कहते हुए अपने बच्चों की तरफ देखते ही उसकी आंखे भर आई। और सोचने लगा कि अब मैं क्या काम करू जिससे कि मेरे परिवार का गुजरा हो सके, यही सब सोच रहा था कि, तभी एक सब्जी बेचने वाला दिखा। वह उसके पास गया और पूछा कि तुम बाहर क्यों घूम रहे हो, घर जाओ नहीं तो पुलिस वाले तुम्हें भी मारेंगे। तब सब्जी वाले ने बताया कि सरकार ने खाने कि चीजों पर छूट दी है, इसलिए मैं सब्जी बेच रहा हूं।
मजदूर ने सोचा कि मैं अब घर में बैठ के क्या करू, चलो मैं भी सब्जी बेचने का काम शुरू करता हूं। यही सोच कर घर में जो कुछ पैसे थे, उसे लेकर वह सब्जी लाकर एक जगह बैठ के बेच रहा था, तभी कुछ पुलिस वाले आए तथा सबको चिल्लाने लगे और वहां पर जितने भी लोग सब्जी बेच रहे थे, सबकी सब्जियां फेक दी और कुछ की सब्जियां उठा ले गए। बेचारा मजदूर अपनी बिखरी पड़ी सब्ज़ियों को देख कर रो रहा था और सोच रहा था कि अब घर जाकर क्या कहूं। क्या बताऊं सबको।
मेरे बच्चे भूखे होंगे, जो पैसे बचा कर रखे थे वो इन सब्जियों में खत्म हो गए। अब सबको क्या खिलाऊंगा। अपना सिर पकड़कर वह यही सब सोच रहा था कि तभी एक आदमी आया और उसने उसे बताया कि कुछ लोग सामने वाले चौराहे पर खाना बाट रहे हैं। जब मजदूर ने यह सुना तो मन को थोड़ी तसल्ली हुई, और वह उस चौराहे पर खाना लेने पहुंच गया।
जब उसने देखा कि यहा बहुत बड़ी लाइन लगी है तो घबरा गया कि पता नहीं मुझे खाना मिलेगा या नहीं। फिर भी मन में यह सोच कर की कोई काम तो है नहीं, बच्चों को कुछ खाने को मिल जाए बस। यही सोच कर वह लाइन में लगा। परंतु उसका दुर्भाग्य प्रबल था। क्यों की उसका नंबर आते आते खाना खत्म हो गया। उस दिन वह रात को देर से घर गया, क्योंकि बच्चों के भूख से मुरझाये चेहरों का सामना करने की हिम्मत उसमें नहीं बची थी। देर रात जब वह घर पर गया तो देखा कि सब जाग रहे थे, और उसकी प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे। उस रात वह मजदूर अपने परिवार के साथ भूखे ही सो गया।
ऐसे ही कितने प्रावसी मजदूर है जिन्हें लॉकडाउन की वजह से काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा। आखिर वह लोग भी कितने दिन तक इस तकलीफ को झेलते। क्योंकि लॉक डाउन बढ़ते ही जा रहा है कोरोना के मरीजों की संख्या दिन पर दिन बढ़ते ही जा रही है यह सब कब खत्म होगा कुछ कहा नहीं जा सकता।
इस परिस्थिति से तंग आ चुके लगभग सभी प्रवासी मजदूर भाइयों ने एक बहुत ही कठोर निर्णय लिया। जिसे सुन कर आपकी हमारी तथा सबकी रूहें कांप उठेगी। उन्होंने इस लॉक डाउन में अपने घर जाने का निर्णय किया। दोस्तों यह एक ऐसा निर्णय था जिसके भयानक परिणामों से वे लोग अनजान थे।
कोई पैदल, कोई ऑटो, कोई साइकल और कोई ट्रक से अपने अपने घर को चल दिए। यह लोग अपने अपने परिवार को लेकर अपने गांव की ओर चल दिए। किसी के पास छोटे बच्चे है, तो किसी के पास बूढ़े मा बाप। जिसको जो भी साधन मिला वो उसी से निकल लिया। फिर इसके लिए उनसे कितनी ही कीमत क्यों न ली गई। कई लोगो ने तो इनसे मनमाने दाम लिए। और इन लोगों ने भी दिए, क्यों कि इनके पास कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं था।
मित्रों एक अनजान सफर पर देश लगभग सभी जगह से काफी प्रवासी मजदूर भाइयों ने अपने व्यक्तिगत अंदाज में एक बहुत ही मुश्किल से भरी यात्रा आरंभ तो कर दी, परंतु इस यात्रा में उन्हें कितनी ही मुश्किलों का सामना करना पडेग़ा, इसका उन्हें अंदाजा ही नहीं था। कितनी दुर्घटनाएं हुई। कुछ लोग तो सीधे यमलोक पहुंच गए। कितने लोग रास्ते में ही घायल हो गए।
प्रवासी मजदूर भाइयों के इस निर्णय ने सरकार को अपना फैसला बदलने पर मजबुर कर दिया। क्यों की जिसने भी यह सुना कि मजदूर पैदल ही अपने घर चल पड़े, कुछ क्षण को वह भी सहम गया। सरकार ने उनके लिए स्पेशल ट्रेन चलाई, बसें चलाई, और लगभग हर संभव प्रयास किया, उनका साथ देने में।
दोस्तों इस महामारी से ऐसे ही कितने लोग बहुत ज्यादा प्रभावित हुए। हालाकि बाद में कुछ संथाओं ने जगह जगह खाना दिए कई झोपड़ियों में भी भोजन वितरण हुआ। कई लोगों ने झोपड़ियों में जाकर अनाज और किराना का मुफ्त वितरण किया। सरकार ने भी कई योजनाएं शुरू की, राशन की दुकानों में मुफ्त राशन वितरण किया और भी बहुत योजनाएं शुरू की है। यह सब देख कर ईश्वर से यही प्रार्थना है कि, हम सबको भगवान इस महामारी से जल्दी उबारे। जल्दी जल्दी यह सब खत्म हो, और आम जन जीवन पहले की तरह व्यवस्थित और सुचारू रूप से चलने लगे। इसी जन कल्याण के उद्देश्य का ध्येय रखते हुए तथा इस विश्वास के साथ की, आप अपने घर में सुरक्षित और स्वस्थ होंगे, अपने शब्दों को विराम देता हूं।

This is the story of one such labourer who finished his routine and got ready to go to work in the morning. When he goes to work as usual from his house, he sees that the entire streets are empty, no one is visible. Moving a little further, I saw that there was silence all around. He started thinking that what has happened to the people today, why are not everyone visible, where have all of them gone. All this while thinking that he was going, when he saw some noise on one side and went there, then suddenly someone came from behind and punched him. When he turned around, a policeman was shouting loudly and saying that you do not know the country has been locked, it is forbidden to leave the house, go, go to your house. Everyone was being killed just by saying this.
The worker asked, "Sir, what is this lockdown?" Why are you killing everyone? And if we go home, what will we eat, and what will we feed our family? Then the policeman said that an epidemic called corona has spread all over the world, which has also come in our country. Therefore, the government has imposed curfew (Lockdown) in the entire country. Now you go to your house, so that this epidemic can be prevented from spreading. After saying this he gave a stick and froze. The poor laborers, having suffered his wounds, and escaping from the baton of the police, somehow reached his home. Everyone in the house looked at him with surprise, and asked that he did not go to work today? Then she told her family about herself, and said that whether we die or not from the Corona epidemic, this starvation will surely kill us. Saying this, his eyes filled up when he looked at his children. And started thinking that what should I do now so that my family can pass, all this was thinking that only then a vegetable seller showed up. He went to her and asked why are you roaming outside, don't go home or the police will kill you too. Then the vegetable person told that the government has given discounts on things to eat, so I am selling vegetables.
The labourers thought what should I do sitting in the house, let me also start the work of selling vegetables. Thinking about the money that he had in the house, he was bringing vegetables and selling it at a place, then some policemen came and shouted to everyone and threw all the vegetables there, selling all the vegetables and some Took vegetables. The poor labourers was weeping after seeing his scattered vegetables and was wondering what to go home to say. What should I tell everyone? My children would be hungry, the money they had saved ended up in these vegetables. Now what will I feed everyone? Holding his head, he was thinking that only then a man came and told him that some people were distributing food at the front intersection. When the laborers heard this, the mind was a little comforted, and he reached that crossroads to get food. When he saw that there was a very big line here, he got scared that I do not know whether I will get food or not. Even then, thinking that there is no work in the mind, the children get enough to eat. Thinking this, he got in line. But his misfortune was strong. Because his food ended as his number came. That day he went home late at night, because he did not have the courage to face the hungry faces of the children. When he went home late at night, he saw that everyone was awake, and was waiting for him. That night the laborers slept hungry with his family.
How many Pravasi laborers are there who faced a lot of problems due to the lockdown? After all, how many days would those people also suffer? Because the lock down is increasing, the number of corona patients is increasing day by day, when it will all end, nothing can be said. Fed up with this situation, almost all migrant labor brothers took a very harsh decision. On hearing this, your souls and our souls will tremble. He decided to go to his house in this lock down. Friends, this was a decision they were unaware of the terrible consequences.
Some walk, some auto, some bicycle and some truck to their own house. These people took their families and went towards their village. Some have small children, and some have old parents. Whoever got the means, got out of it? Then why was it not charged for them. Many people took arbitrary prices from them. And these people also gave, because they had no other way.
Friends, how many such people were greatly affected by this epidemic. However, later some saints gave food to many places and many huts also got food distribution. Many people went to the huts to distribute food grains and grocery. The government has also introduced several schemes, distributing free ration in ration shops and has also started many schemes. Seeing all this, it is a prayer to God that God should get rid of this epidemic quickly. Soon it all ends, and the common people start their lives as smoothly and systematically as before.
