क्या, ऐसा कोई काम है जो की मेरे लिए बनाया गया है? ऐसा कौन सा काम है जो सिर्फ मैं ही कर सकता हूँ ? उस काम को मेरे से बेहतर कोई नहीं कर सकता। ऐसे ही कई सवाल आज के युवाओं के मन में हमेशा चलते रहते है। परन्तु वर्तमान की परिस्थिति उन्हें अपने इन सवालों के जवाब ढूंढने का मौका नहीं देती है। आज हर कोई किसी न किसी काम में व्यस्त है। सभी अपनी पारिवारिक जिम्मेदारियों को निभाने के लिए कोई न कोई छोटे मोटे काम में लगे हुए है। और बड़ी मुश्किल से अपने जीवन का निर्वाह कर रहे है। परन्तु दोस्तों ऐसा कब तक चलेगा ! आप को आप के सवालो के जवाब खुद ही ढूंढने होंगे। ये ऐसे सवाल हैं, जिनका जवाब देने के लिए दूसरा कोई, दूसरी दुनिया से नहीं आएगा। आप को अपने उन सवालों के जवाब खुद ही ढूँढना होगा। पता हैं ऐसा क्यों करना हैं। ऐसा इसलिए करना हैं, ताकि आप जाग सको। आप सोचेंगे की मैंने ऐसा क्यों बोला की आप को जागना हैं ? तो चलिए आप को बता देता हूँ। आज दुनिया में लगभग 80% लोग सो रहे हैं। मतलब किसी न किसी के यहाँ नौकरी कर रहे हैं। और जो बाकि बचे 20% वो उन लोगो पर अपना हुकुम चलते हैं।
अब आप को यह तय करना हैं की आप 80% में जीना चाहते हो या 20% में। ये जो 20% के लोग हैं, क्या ये दूसरी दुनिया से आये हुए लोग हैं, नहीं, ये हम में से ही हैं। बस इन्हें अपने सवालो के जवाब मिल गए हैं। उन्होंने अपने आप को पहचाना, अपनी रूचि (Interest) को पहचाना और उस काम को किया जिसमे उनका मन लगता हैं। आप का कौन से काम में मन लगता हैं। ये आप को निश्चित करना हैं, एक बार आप ने ये तय कर लिया और उसी काम को करने लगे तो आप को सफल होने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता। "सफलता आप के कदम चूमेगी " ये कहावत सच हो जाएगी और देखते ही देखते आप उन 20% लोगो की सूचि में शामिल हो जाओगे।
आज हमें जरुरत हैं अपना नजरिया बदलने की। क्योंकि जबतक आप अपना नजरिया नहीं बदलोगे तबतक आप उस मुकाम को हासिल नहीं कर सकते जो की आप पाना चाहते हो। चलिए मैं आज आप को एक कहानी सुनाता हूँ। जिससे आप को यह पता चलेगा की नजरिया क्या होता हैं।
महाभारत मै एक समय ऐसा आया की जब दुर्योधन को उनके पिता ने युवराज घोषित कर दिया और युधिष्ठिर पहले से युवराज थे। श्रीकृष्ण जी ने सोचा की दोनों युवराज मै योग्य कौन हैं चलो इसका परिक्षण करते हैं। संयोग से उन्हें इस परिक्षण का अवसर जल्दी प्राप्त हो गया। दोनों युवराज श्रीकृष्ण से आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करने के लिए द्वारिका पहुंच गए। और श्रीकृष्णजी से मिले और अपनी मनोकामना उनके सम्मुख व्यक्त की। युधिष्ठिर ने कहा की प्रभु मैं पहले से युवराज हूँ, और मैं अपने सभी भाइयों मै सबसे बड़ा हूँ इसलिए युवराज पद पर मेरा अधिकार हैं। दुर्योधन ने कहा की प्रभु, मझे, महाराज ने भरी सभा मै युवराज बनाया हैं। मैं कोई युवराज पद मांगने नहीं गया था। इसलिए इस पद पर मेरा अधिकार हैं।
श्रीकृष्णजी ने दोनों की बातों को ध्यान से सुना और कहा की, आप दोनों अपनी अपनी जगह सही हो। लेकिन राज्यभार उसी को मिलना चाहिए जो उसके लायक हो, जो प्रजा से सुख दुःख का ध्यान रख सके। अपनी प्रजा के प्रति उसका नजरिया सकारात्म रहे। आज मै आप दोनी की परीक्षा लेना चाहता हूँ, जो सफल होगा उसे ही मेरा आशीर्वाद प्राप्त होगा। अगर आप दोनों तैयार हो तो कल सुबह मेरे पास आ जाना। और अगर नहीं तो द्वारिका की मेहमान नवाजी का आनंद लो और हस्तिनापुर लौट जाओ।
दोनों ने परीक्षा देना स्वीकार कर लिया और श्रीकृष्णजी के पास सुबह सुबह पहुँच गए। उनको देखकर भगवान बहुत प्रसन्ना हुए। और कहा की युधिष्ठिर तुम पूरी पृथ्वी का एक चक्कर लगाओ और दुनिया मै जो सबसे बुरा इंसान हो उसे ढूंढ़ के लाओ। और दुर्योधन तुम भी पूरी पृथ्वी का एक चक्कर लगाओ और दुनिया मै जो सबसे अच्छा इंसान हो उसे ढूंढ़ के लाओ। दोनों ने प्रभु को नमस्कार किये और चल दिए पृथ्वी का चक्कर लगाने।
कुछ समय पश्चात् दोनों भगवान श्रीकृष्णजी के सम्मुख खाली हाथ प्रस्तुत हुए। दोनों को देख के प्रभु बहुत प्रसन्न हुए। और कहा की आप दोनों की कर्त्तव्य निष्ठां से मैं बहुत प्रसन्न हूँ। तो दुर्योधन तुम बताओ की तुम्हे सबसे अच्छा इंसान कहा मिला। और तुम उसे अपने साथ लाये। यह सुन कर दुर्योधन ने जवाब दिया की भगवान मुझे पूरी पृथ्वी पर एक भी अच्छा इंसान नहीं मिला। हर इंसान के अंदर कोई न कोई बुराई हैं, इस लिए अच्छा इंसान ढूंढने मै विफल रहा हूँ कृपया मुझे क्षमा करें।
अब बारी युधिष्ठिर की थी। उसने भी कहा की प्रभु मुझे भी पूरी दुनिया मै बुरा इंसान नहीं मिला। हर इंसान के अंदर कोई न कोई अच्छाई मौजूद हैं इस लिए मैं भी कोई बुरा इंसान ढूंढने मै विफल हूँ, कृपया मुझे भी क्षमा करें।
श्रीकृष्णजी ने दोनों की बाटे ध्यान से सुनी और मुस्कुराये। फिर बोले की तुम दोनों को मैंने इसलिए भेजा था की तुम दोनो का दृश्टिकोण कैसा हैं यह पता लगाना बहुत जरुरी हैं। क्योकि राजा का सकारात्मक नजरिया उसकी प्रजा के लिए हितकर रहता हैं। जैसी तुम्हारी प्रवृति हैं तुम्हे ये दुनिया वैसी ही दिखाई देगी। युधिष्ठिर तुम धर्मराज हो सत्य के पुजारी हो इस लिए तुम्हे पूरी दुनिया मै हर इंसान के अंदर कोई न कोई अच्छाई दिखाई दी। और दुर्योधन ने हर इंसान की अच्छाई को नजर अंदाज करके उसकी बुराई को देखा और उसे सब में बुराई ही दिखाई दी।
दोस्तों वैसे ही हमें भी जरुरत हैं अपने नजरिये को बदलने की। क्योंकि हम जैसा सोचते हैं वैसा ही हमें दिखाई देता हैं। आप अच्छा सोचोगे तो आप को अच्छा अच्छा दिखाई देगा। और आप बुरा सोचोगे तो आप को बुरा दिखाई देगा। फैसला आप के हाथ मै हैं। आज आप कोई भी काम करो सकारात्मक दृश्टिकोण ही आप को सफलता दिला सकता हैं।
Is there a job that is made for me? What is something that only I can do? No one can do that job better than me. Many such questions are always running in the mind of today's youth. But the present situation does not give them a chance to find answers to these questions. Today everyone is busy with some work. Everyone is engaged in some small work to fulfill their family responsibilities. And living his life with great difficulty. But friends, how long will this last! You have to find the answers to your questions on your own. These are questions that no one else will come from another world to answer. You will have to find the answers to those questions on your own. Know why to do this. Do this so that you can wake up. You will think that why did I say that you have to wake up? So let me tell you. About 80% of the people in the world today are sleeping. That means you are working at someone's place. And the remaining 20%, they follow their orders on those people.
Now you have to decide whether you want to live in 80% or 20%. These people of 20%, are they people from other world, no, they are from us. They just got answers to their questions. He recognized himself, recognized his interest and did the work in which he felt like. What kind of work do you like? You have to decide this, once you have decided this and start doing the same work, then no one can stop you from being successful. The saying "Success will kiss your feet" will come true and soon you will be included in the list of those 20% people.
Today we need to change our attitude. Because unless you change your attitude, you cannot achieve the place that you want to achieve. Let me tell you a story today. So that you will know what the attitude is.
There came a time in the Mahabharata when Duryodhana was declared the crown prince by his father and Yudhishthira was already the crown prince. Shri Krishna ji thought that who are the two princes, let's test it. Incidentally, he got the opportunity to test this early. Both the princes reached Dwarka to get blessings from Shri Krishna. And met Shri Krishnaji and expressed his wish in front of him. Yudhishthira said that Lord, I am already the crown prince, and I am the eldest among all my brothers, so I have the right to the post of crown prince. Duryodhana said that Lord, I know, Maharaj has made a prince in the full assembly. I did not go to ask for any crown prince. That's why I have a right on this post.
Shri Krishna ji listened carefully to both of them and said that both of you are right in your own place. But the kingdom should be given to the one who deserves it, who can take care of happiness and sorrow from the subjects. His attitude towards his subjects remained positive. Today I want to take the test of both of you, only the one who is successful will get my blessings. If you both are ready, come to me tomorrow morning. And if not, enjoy the hospitality of Dwarka and return to Hastinapur.
Both agreed to take the examination and reached Shri Krishnaji in the morning. God was very pleased to see him. And said that Yudhishthira, you should take a round of the whole earth and find the worst person in the world. And Duryodhana, you should also take a round of the whole earth and find the best person in the world. Both of them saluted the Lord and went around the earth.
After some time both of them appeared empty handed in front of Lord Shri Krishna. The Lord was very pleased to see both of them. And said that I am very happy with the loyalty of both of you. So Duryodhana tell me where did you find the best person. And you bring him with you. Hearing this, Duryodhana replied that Lord I have not found a single good person on the whole earth. There is some evil in every human being, so I have failed to find a good person, please forgive me.
Now it was Yudhishthira's turn. He also said that Lord, I too have not found a bad person in the whole world. There is some good in every human being, that's why I also failed to find any bad person, please forgive me too.
Shri Krishna listened carefully to both of them and smiled. Then said that I had sent both of you because it is very important to find out what is the attitude of both of you. Because the positive attitude of the king remains beneficial for his subjects. As your attitude is, you will see this world as it is. Yudhishthira, you are the king of Dharma, you are the priest of truth, that is why you have seen some goodness in every human being in the whole world. And Duryodhana ignored the goodness of every human being and saw his evil and he saw evil in everyone.
Friends, in the same way we also need to change our attitude. Because we see what we think. If you think well, you will look good. And if you think bad, you will see bad. The decision is in your hands. Whatever work you do today, only a positive attitude can bring you success.
